1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Toplayer's 3D printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Toplayer provides professional 3D printing services on demand. We accept 3D model files in STL format, generate price quotes based on material, volume, and complexity, and fulfil print orders upon agreement on pricing.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All prices are provided as estimates based on file analysis. Final pricing is confirmed by our team after reviewing your files. Prices are inclusive of printing and standard packaging. Delivery costs are calculated separately based on destination and weight.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full intellectual property rights over any 3D model files you upload. By submitting files, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to reproduce the models, and that reproduction does not infringe any third-party copyright, patent, or trademark.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit files intended to produce items that are illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or that infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon acceptance of the final quote. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders after 7 days.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Toplayer is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns on correctly produced items. If your order contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Toplayer's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
